1. No Horse is considered sold until a Deposit is received.

2. 50% Deposit required - Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

3. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. All horses are Sold AS-IS unless otherwise stated. 

5. Short term payments may be available with prior payment schedule agreed upon. No horse will leave our farm until payments is received in full. Payments made in full must be made within the agreed term. If the horse is not paid for and picked up within 30 days of the agreed term additional boarding and or farrier cost may be charged. 

6. Board of $50.00/month per horse will be charged for any horse held for more than 30 days.

7. All veterinary and farrier costs are the responsibility of the new owner.

8. At any time new owners are able to have a vet of their choice evaluate the health of the horse before picking it up at the cost of the new owner. Prior arrangements need to be made for scheduling appointments.

9. The Buyer is responsible for Coggins and Health papers when required.

10. All horses will be current on worming.

11. Buyers are responsible for transportation of any horse that is purchased. We may be able to help with local delivery for an additional cost.
